Squashed commit of the following:
* Moved tracking collision shape for more realistic head movement
* Refactored TrackingBone3D
* Refactored TrackingBone3D_head
* Reparenting ORG-face and ORG-hair bones in blender created a proper hierarchy for the head rotation
