Adding import files

4.0 docs recommend to keep the import files

Squashed commit of the following:

    * Updated to Godot 4.4, added UIDs
    * Added all exports: Windows, OSX, web, Linux
    * Enabled viewport stretching, DOF, AA
    * Made mouse visible upon dialogue start
    * Added signal based player looking to Dialogic timelines
    * Finished a rough version of Rick's introduction

Added dialogic project as a submodule
