* Fixed skin states in process_player
* Added mostly correct ground slope player velocity calculations
* Changed player platform behavior to keep from being flung around
* Added falling animation
* Turned off object collision for player when charging
* Added new test map with sloped ground
* Added player speed based on floor angle

* Added menu option to skip straight to starting scene for testing
